A scholarship honoring Frank Seeber is being started by Warwick Rotarians thanks to money donated to the service club by Frank’s daughter Debra Lennox. Frank, who died recently, and his family are longtime owners of the Warwick Drive-In. Frank joined the Sussex Rotary Club in the early 1970s and later transferred his membership to Warwick. His wife, Ann Seeber, and granddaughter, Ilana Crozier, presented a $1,000 check to Warwick Valley Rotary Club President Tina Buck to help establish the scholarship.
