Theresa Chianelli of Warwick passed away peacefully on March 24, 2025, at Joe Raso Hospice Center. She was 83 years old.
Born in New York City on Nov. 17, 1941, she was the daughter of Amadeo and Mary (nee Amendolare) Chianelli.
Theresa was a retired accountant CPA for Heller Financial in New York.
While she loved working with numbers, she loved Hallmark movies, telling stories from her past, and all things food. She was a faithful Jeopardy! watcher and also enjoyed watching tennis.
She is survived by her nephew Thomas Chianelli and his wife Gina Rhodes and their children: Simone, Roslynn and Vivienne; and niece Amee Ruthven and her husband Evan and their children: Ava and Ethan.
Visitation was held March 28 at the Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home. Graveside services followed at Hillside Cemetery, in Cortlandt.
