Anita Fuliciniti-Mozilo, a resident of Chester for more than 25 years, passed away peacefully on April 7, 2025, at the age of 90.

The daughter of Philomena and James Frangipane, she was born on Dec. 25, 1934, in Brooklyn.

She was a member of St. Columba R.C. Church, Chester Senior Club and the Elks Club.

The family of Anita Fulciniti-Mozilo wishes to express our deepest gratitude for the love, support and condolences extended to us during this time of loss.

Anita touched many lives with her kindness, strength and unwavering love.

Anita loved her Italian heritage. She loved to cook big meals for her family, who were the most important thing to her, and have them all over for dinner. Her stuffed artichokes and red sauce with raviolis became a staple for her children and grandchildren.

Anita loved her music; her favorite thing to do was put on her Frank Sinatra and dance. She was an avid baseball fan and loved the N.Y. Mets, going to many games at Shea Stadium with her son Ron.

She lived a beautiful life raising a family in Chester and spent her retirement residing in Vero Beach, Fla., where she had many friends who became family.

Once she moved back to New York in 2020, she enjoyed spending her weekends with her daughter Margaret and granddaughters, getting her hair and nails done and shopping.

She also enjoyed taking rides to go visit her daughter Donna and youngest son/nephew Robert in Syracuse.

The memory of her on these weekends listening to Frank Sinatra and the sound of music in the car is something that we will cherish forever.

While we mourn the loss of our beloved mother and grandmother, we also celebrate the beautiful legacy she leaves behind.

She is the widow of Frank Fulciniti and Angelo Mozilo.

Anita is survived by her children: Donna Conklin (Ben Miller) of Syracuse; Ronald Fulciniti (Lisa Dubnoff) of Mountain Lakes, N.J.; Margaret Allers (Mark Allers) of Bloomingburg; and Robert Kozlovsky (Sandy Kozlovsky) of Syracuse She is also survived by her eight grandchildren: Matthew Conklin (Amber Steinhilber), John Conklin (Janel Goodney), Ryan Conklin (Kelly Maroney), Danielle Boehm (Andy Boehm), Lauren Josselin (Juien Josselin), Erika Oliver (Christopher Oliver), Emma Begnoche (Matthew Begnoche) and Evan Fulciniti (Marisa Fulciniti) along with nine great-grandchildren.
