‘The state of Warwick’s education system is on a stable foundation because of the experience and actions of the current board’

The residents of the Warwick Valley School District have the opportunity to return to the Board of Education David Eaton, an individual with significant experience and leadership skills having served previously on the board including time as president.

His time on the board has included some difficult issues which he has handled by listening, seeking to understand varying points of view and weighing the facts before reaching a conclusion.

Dave will continue to serve with a balanced perspective weighing the issues fairly for the long term good of the district’s students and tax paying residents and is always searching for better, more effective ways to deliver the quality education Warwick provides.

Dave has been a relentless advocate to push the state to create funding for schools that relies less on the property tax and derives funding from other sources.

The overall state of Warwick’s education system is on a stable foundation because of the experience and actions of the current board.

On Tuesday, May 18, I am voting for Dave Eaton because he will bring leadership, dedication, integrity and trust, all qualities that we need and expect.

In addition, I am also supporting current Board President Sharon Davis and Lynn Lillian, both demonstrated leaders, so that our students can continue to receive a well-rounded, effective educational experience.
