Politics is a strange business.
Councilman Jim Gerstner and Russell Kowal, two proven business leaders, have worked hard as part of the Town Board team that have kept taxes stable, cut government, increased recreation opportunities, expanded transportation options for our seniors and secured grants of over $30 million to among other things preserve our agriculture industry and prevent overdevelopment like is happening in other towns.
They worked with Supervisor Mike Sweeton to secure the Mid-Orange Correctional facility to create a future business/technology park that is now creating jobs and tax revenues. They did all this in a non political manner treating all residents with respect, they are true “public” servants.
That’s proven leadership and positive results.
Now we hear it’s time for a change? Warwick residents are smarter than to be deceived by partisan nonsense.
We need to send a strong message that experience, competence and results are what we value in our leaders. Please join me on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 5, and vote to reelect Jim Gerstner and Russell Kowal to the Warwick Town Board.
