Oct. 21 An 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with petty larceny following an incident on West Street. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Oct. 22 A 20-year-old male from Greenwood Lake and a 17-year-old female from Monroe were arrested following an incident on Castle Court. The male was charged with second-degree assault; the female was charged with first-degree assault. They were arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail on $1,000 bail. Oct. 25 Kyle A. Matheson, 23, of Peekskill, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to surrender registration/license documents following an incident on Warwick Center Road. He was released on $100 bail to reappear in Town Court. Oct. 26 Monte L. Elgarten, 50, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released to reappear in Town Court. An 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree assault following an incident on Whitefield Avenue. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Oct. 27 James Hand, 44, of Sugar Loaf, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Colonial Avenue. He was released to reappear in Village Court. Joseph Zajac, 26, of Goshen, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on County Highway 1. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Oct. 28 An 18-year-old male from Warwick was charged with second-degree harassment and first-degree endangering the welfare of a child following an incident on South Street. He was released to reappear in Village Court. Oct. 29 John Felter, 42, of Del Ray Beach, Fla., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in Town Court. Russel Degroat, 31, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Wickham Drive. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in Town Court. Oct. 30 David F. Vasquez, 24, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with driving while intoxicated and second-degree obstructing government administration following an incident on Jersey Avenue. He was arraigned by Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and released on $500 bail to reappear in Town Court. Anthony Dispoto, 36, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Union Corners Road. He was released to reappear in Town Court.
