    Sept. 26 • A 16-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree assault following an incident on Sanfordville Road. He was released to reappear in Town Court. Sept. 29 • A 19-year-old male from East Grand Fork, Minn., was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on Lakes Road. He was arraigned by Town of Warwick Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. Sept. 30 • Christopher Rhinehart, 25, of Hewitt, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Maple Avenue. He was released to reappear in Village Court. Oct. 1 • Michael P. Wood, 24, of Bushkill, Pa., was arrested on a warrant charging third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He also was charged with third-degree bail jumping. He was arraigned before Town of Warwick Justice Peter Bartlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $750 bail. Oct. 2 • Brian M. Scimanico, 30, of Dumont, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 94. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in Town Court. • Justin Allen, 30, of Warwick, was charged with trespassing, second-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, first-degree unlawful imprisonment and menacing following an incident on West Street. He was arraigned by Village of Warwick Judge Richard Farina and remanded to the Orange County Jail on $10,000 bail. • James Murphy, 24, of Haverstraw, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Maple Avenue. He was released to reappear in Village Court.
