Oct. 17 Michael W. Solicito, 21, of West Milford, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Cherry Street. He was released on $50 bail to reappear in Village Court. A 19-year-old female from Warwick was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Big Island Road. She was released to reappear in Town Court. Oct. 19 Luis Garcia, 45, of Warwick, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on Grand Street. He was released to reappear in Village Court. Oct. 20 A 19-year-old male from Warwick was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an incident on State Highway 17A. He was released on $60 bail to reappear in Town Court. A 20-year-old male from Warwick was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated over .08 percent BAC following an incident on South Street. He was released to reappear in Village Court. Anthony J. Mirande 76, who was listed as homeless, was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on State Highway 94. He was arraigned before Warwick Town Justice Peter Barlet and remanded to the Orange County Jail on $100 bail to reappear in Town Court. Town of Chester Police Oct. 21 William Kitchen, 35, of Middletown was arrested on an outstanding warrant on a charge of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on Nov. 14. An 18-year-old Chester resident was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a felony, for possession an altered driver’s license. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in town court on Nov. 14.
