July 28 A 16 year old male from Sugar Loaf, NY and a 16 year old male from Warwick, NY were arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance 7th and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana following an incident on Chester Hill Rd. Both were released to reappear in Town Court. Stephen P.
