Warwick Grove announces its management team
WARWICK-The Warwick Grove Company, LLC, the developer of the upscale, active adult residential community of Warwick Grove, has announced its management team. The team includes Paul Gratzel, General Manager; Brian Gitt, Project Manager; Carole Rogers, Director of Sales; Paul Roggeman, Site Construction Manager; and Giovanni (John) Palladino, Residential Construction Manager. Gratzel will oversee planning, finance, production and marketing of Warwick Grove as the development's general manager. Gratzel will also continue in his role as Vice President of Finance and Operations at LeylandAlliance, LLC. Prior to joining LeylandAlliance, Gratzel served as the Financial and Commercial Manager for Intrawest at its Mountain Creek resort development property in Vernon, N.J. As Project Manager, Gitt's duties consist of establishing, directing and monitoring all construction activities within the organization. During the 1970s, Mr. Gitt owned and operated a general contracting firm, working primarily in residential construction, designing and building custom single-family homes. In the 1980s and 1990s, he owned and operated a construction management firm, which worked on municipal, hospital and commercial construction projects in the over $10 million range. Gitt has lived in Warwick for over 30 years with his wife Roselyn, a primary teacher in the Warwick School District. Carole Rogers brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry to her new position. Most recently, she was associated with Deer Crossing, a developer of upscale custom homes in Warwick. Previously she held a senior sales position at Century 21. A longtime resident of Warwick, Rogers served for two consecutive terms on the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce. Roggeman is responsible for supervising all infrastructure construction at Warwick Grove, including clearing work, blasting, roadway construction, utility installation and other operations required to prepare the site as it proceeds into development. Roggeman is a licensed surveyor who began his career in the construction industry in the 1970's. He was superintendent of drainage and roadway construction for the New York State Thruway and Interstate 80, and has managed earthwork experience, roadway construction, utility installation, water main installation and drainage for various projects throughout New Jersey. A registered professional architect with over 10 years of experience, Palladino is responsible for all residential and civic structure construction at Warwick Grove, including the estimated 215 classically designed detached homes, townhouses and condominiums, the Neighborhood Center and the postal center. The Warwick Grove project will consist of an estimated 215 units situated on a 130 acre wooded site nestled between County Route 17-A and Forester Avenue. The developers are LeylandAlliance of Tuxedo, and Tarragon Corporation of New York City who have formed a joint alliance known as Warwick Grove Company, LLC.
