Warwick area student newsmakers

Krystal Bukowski a graduate of the Warwick Valley High School class 2001, has graduated from John Jay college of criminal justice with an associates degree in criminal justice and on July 7th graduated from the New York Police academy class of 2004, at Madison Square Garden N.Y.C. She placed 10th out of the class of 700 in the physical fitness runoff. Warwick residents Heather Knapp, Andrew Lederman and Jessica Scarane have been named to Syracuse University Dean's List.s Knapp is a junior in The College of Arts and Sciences majoring in anthropology. Lederman is a junior in The College of Arts and Sciences majoring in international relations and history. Scarane is a junior in the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications majoring in advertising. Allyssa M. Young of Warwick has been named to the Dean's List at Western New England College. Nicole A. Fago of Pine Island has been named to the Dean's List at The Harpur College of Arts and Sciences at Binghamton University. Erin Lynn Gerczak of Florida has received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Marist College. Carolyn Rossi of Warwick has received a bachelor of arts degree in psychology/special education. Warwick residents named to the Dean's List at the University of Scranton include Alexia Antoniades, Nicholas J. Connolly, Katie A. Florkiewicz, Kathryn E. Juron and Kristin A. Melillo. Dayna Marie Resch of Florida, daughter of Fritz Resch and Jane Resch of Florida, has been named to the President's List at SUNY Potsdam. She is majoring in biology and psychology. Alex Voznesenskiy, son of Tanya and Rudy Hoffmann of Warwick, has been named to the Dean's List at Rochester Institute of Technology.
