Town parking ordinance now in effect

Warwick - Effective immediately, the parking of all vehicles is hereby prohibited on all highways, roadways and other public property of the Town of Warwick, which includes all streets of Kings Estates and Sugar Hills during inclement weather from Nov. 1 to April 1. Vehicles in violation of the ordinance will be towed at the owner’s expense. In addition, any person who throws, shovels, snow blows, plows or places snow or ice into a public street, highway or right of way shall be guilty of a violation and subject to a fine of up to $250 and/or an imprisonment not exceeding 15 days.
