Warwick. Warwick Valley High School Student-Athlete of the Week: Julia Mosier

Julia Mosier has been selected as this week’s WVHS Student-Athlete of the Week, sponsored by the Bill Garcia Allstate Insurance Agency in Warwick.

Julia was also named WVHS Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year for the Orange County League. She has been a volleyball and track and field star for Warwick Valley, and is a track and field All-American and NYSPHSAA state champion in the 4x400 meters (both indoors).

Julia is the valedictorian of the Class of 2021 with a weighted GPA of 104. She also is a member of the National Honor Society and Mu Alpha Theta Math Honor Society.

She also earned NYSSMA All-State and Named All-Eastern honors this year as a vocalist.

Julia is attending the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University in the fall, where she will major in business.

Julia is the daughter of Jennifer and Robert Mosier of Warwick. Her sister Jenna is a sophomore and her brother Robert is in the fifth grade.
