Rain or shine, the race must go on.
There was a light rain on Labor Day, Sept. 2, but it didn't dampen the enthusiasm of hundreds of runners who participated in the 28th annual Warwick Lions 5K/5M run/walk under the direction of George McManus.
The annual event, which begins on the grounds of the Warwick Valley Middle School, is open to both runners and walkers of almost all ages, including seniors and those in strollers pushed by their parents.
