The Wildcats fell behind early to the Newburgh Free Academy Goldbacks last week, but settled in to play a tough second half that included two touch down receptions to Nick Simonetta from both Warwick quarterbacks Nick DiMarco and Joey Krasniewicz.
The final score was 35–13 but the Wildcats play a very good second half on defense, including turning the Goldbacks’ over four times.
Warwick will look to rebound against the Presidents of Roosevelt High School this weekend.
Kick–off is slated for Saturday, Oct. 9, at 1:30 p.m. on C. A. Morgan field located on the campus of Warwick Valley High School.
