Little League to hold tryouts

GOSHEN-The Goshen Little League will be holding tryouts for the Major Boys Division on Saturday, Sept. 24, at the Craigville Major Boys' field at 2 p.m. This is for any child who will attain the age of 11 by April 30, 2006. Each child should bring their own glove. For more information, call 291-1378. Little League meetings are open to the public. They will be held at the Goshen Middle School cafeteria at 7:30 p.m. on the following dates unless otherwise noted: in 2005 — Oct. 18 (8:30 p.m.), Nov. 1, Nov. 15 (8:30 p.m.), and Dec. 6; in 2006 — Jan. 3, Jan. 17, Feb. 7, Feb. 21, March 7, March 21, April 4, April 18, May 2, May 16, June 6, and June 20.
