Dec. 22
Jack Lyman, 21, of Chester was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08% or more, misdemeanors. He was released to appear in Warwick Village Court.
David Ohare, 49, of Wharton, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released to appear in Warwick Village Court.
Dec. 25
Kathryn Brown, 64, of Warwick was charged with driving while intoxicated and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. She was released to appear in Warwick Village Court.
Dec. 26
Luis Garcia-Hinostra, 39, of Newburgh was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released to appear in Warwick Village Court.
Dec. 27
James Barba, 56, of Westfield, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, and released to appear in Warwick Village Court.
