Warwick. Rotary hosts Scholarship Gala at Warwick Drive-In on Nov. 6
The Warwick Valley Rotary invites friends and neighbors to a unique fund raiser on Friday, Nov. 6, at the Warwick Drive-In. Gates open 6 p.m.
Families can enjoy the film, “Spiderman Into The Spider-verse,” and have a small soda and popcorn for just $5 per person. Space is limited due to COVID restrictions, so sign up soon at WarwickValleyRotary.org.
The fund raiser will benefit the Frank Seeber Scholarhip. The late Frank Seeber was an active Rotarian and had operated the Warwick Drive-In. Scholarships will go to Warwick Valley High School students.
“Frank Seeber was a generous, kind member of our community,” says Ashish Anand, Rotary chair of the fund raiser. “Honoring him and his contributions to Warwick are celebrated with this event.”
Frank Seeber’s daughter, Beth Seeber-Wilson, added: “This fund raiser continues my dad’s legacy of generosity to our community.”
Warwick Valley Rotary meets on Wednesdays at the Landmark Inn, observing safe distancing and wearing masks.New members are welcome, said Rotary President Edward M. Lynch.
