Warwick developer completes affordable housing development in Middletown

MIDDLETOWN — On Monday, June 11, state and local officials joined Warwick developer Jonah Mandelbaum to celebrate the completion of the 16- unit affordable housing development, Bella Vista, in Middletown.
The development, constructed by Mandelbaum's company, Warwick Properties, includes supportive services for special needs and formerly homeless people. His Devon Management Corp. will manage the property.
Mandelbaum has completed numerous affordable housing projects including Devon Woods and Liberty Green in Warwick.
