Total Account Ability celebrates 18 years of tax seasons

WARWICK — Natalia Fisher claims she’s a titan for taxes.
For 18 years, she reported that she has helped large and small clients navigate the seas of tax compliance.
On Friday, Feb. 16, Town of Warwick Supervisor Michael Sweeton and members of the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce joined Fisher, a member of the chamber’s Board of Directors, her husband, Brian, and her mother, Lida Klenova to celebrate her 18 years of tax seasons.
"I give undivided attention to an individual or business' accounting," said Fisher, who lives in Greenwood Lake with her husband and their three children. "And I make certain no deductions are overlooked and every appropriate available tax credits are claimed.”
Fisher's experience was nurtured in a Brooklyn CPA firm and enhanced at Citrin Cooperman, a leading East Coast CPA firm.
For the last four years, she has served southern Orange County individuals and businesses with her Greenwood Lake firm, Total Account Ability LLC.
One client at a timeFisher is an enrolled agent, a license designating her as a tax expert with the Internal Revenue Service.
"I work with one client at a time, giving them the attention they need and deserve," she said "I specialize in providing individual attention to each client's needs. Every business is unique with unique issues. Every private client has their individual issues and needs. And I can meet them.”
'My passion'Fisher explained that over the years she has saved her clients thousands of dollars, which other practitioners may have missed.
“My focus on my clients is my passion,” she said. “By phone, e-mail or in person, I pride myself on my availability to my clients, year round and not only during tax season."
Fisher maintains and enhances her professionalism with continuing education on the evolving Tax Code.
She also works with tax-exempt community organizations and her services range from obtaining tax-exempt status for these organizations to filing their tax returns.
Fisher earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Riga Technical University in Latvia.
She is a member of the Warwick Valley Rotary and the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce and serves as a volunteer at the Greenwood Lake Skatepark.
