Teens, seniors invited to make ‘community care’ Valentine’s Day cards

Warwick Cares and The Warwick Valley Prevention Coalition recently announced a fun craft event for Warwick area teens and seniors. On Sunday, February 11, from 2 to 4 p.m., participants can stop by the Warwick Valley Community Center (11 Hamilton Avenue, Warwick) for an afternoon of crafting Valentine’s Day cards.

Cards made will be distributed, as a gesture of love and support, to community members and seniors. This event will also feature a rousing game of Bingo, plus refreshments and conversation.

All are welcome to attend this free community event. Supplies will be provided. The Warwick Valley Community Center is handicap accessible.
