The Local 112 in Greenwood Lake recently held a fundraiser to raise awareness about breast cancer and help support a local community member currently fighting stage 4 rectal cancer. This year the theme was “Pink power to support our Blue Brother.” According to organizer and breast cancer survivor Erin Rabbitt, the event raised about $19,000.
