Linda Czubak Realty hosts grand opening

WARWICK — Town and business representatives joined Linda Czubak and her family for the grand opening of Linda Czubak Realty on Feb. 22.

The new real estate agency is located at 6 High St. on the second floor of an historic building that once served as a firehouse for horse drawn apparatus.

Czubak has a special relationship to this area as a fourth generation Orange County resident who was born and raised in the Town of Warwick.

She and her husband Rich, and their sons Zachary, 16, and Dylan, 14, reside in Westtown and are active members of Grace Community Church in Washingtonville.

Linda and Rich Czubak have also been co-owners of Czubak’s Lookin’ Good Landscaping, Inc. since 1987.

Linda Czubak has been involved in the real estate industry since 2001. She is a graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), a certified relocation specialist, a licensed N.Y.S. Real Estate Broker, member of the Greater Hudson Valley Multiple Listing Service, a member of NYSAR/NAR and the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors. Czubak is also a member of the Warwick Profitmakers BNI (Business Network International).

After working at first for a large corporation and later a smaller office, she realized her clients were calling her and that it did not matter where she was working. Czubak decided it was time to open her boutique-style brokerage.

“I focus my business around my integrity, knowledge, experience and most importantly, being honest,” said Czubak. “Buying or selling a house is a huge process. My advice is not only to find a Realtor who is knowledgeable, capable and trustworthy, but then to really trust them to guide you every step of the way.”

Czubak prides herself with genuinely loving people and houses while being blessed with the natural ability to organize.
