Leo Kaytes Jr. appointed Rotary Assistant Governor

Rotary District Governor Louis Turpin, right, congratulates Leo Kaytes Jr., who will serve as Rotary Region 6 assistant governor. Kaytes, a past president of the Warwick Valley Rotary Club, will act as Turpin’s liaison with Orange County Rotary Clubs at West Point-Highland Falls, Walden, Chester, Goshen, Monroe-Woodbury, Newburgh-New Windsor and Warwick.
