Fireworks display which began at 9:30 p.m.
On the lake there were about 25 to 30 boats docked listening to the band and then watching the fireworks.
On Saturday, Sept. 2, in celebration of Labor Day weekend, there was a Ladies of the 80’s concert and fireworks at the Thomas P. Morahan Waterfront Park in Greenwood Lake.
The Ladies of the 80’s band (aka Carmen Nardone and Brandy Seltzer) were true to their name: they only played 80’s music. They engaged the crowd by playing “name that tune” and gave out prizes to the winners.
