Greenwood Lake Garden Center opens

The Greenwood Lake Garden Center held a grand-opening ceremony Saturday. On hand for the ribbon-cutting were Village of Greenwood Lake Mayor Barbara Moore (right) with owners Warren and Stacy Congdon and their daughter Isabelle. The Garden Center, located at 96 Windermere Ave., stocks plants, fresh produce, garden decor, gifts and more.
