Green Team broker associate Anthony Portelli celebrates 30 years as Realtor

WARWICK — Warwick resident and former Village Mayor Anthony Portelli is celebrating his 30th anniversary as a Licensed Realtor, serving Warwick and Southern Orange County.

Portelli, who also served as Village Trustee, has lived in Warwick for more than 35 years with his wife, Lorraine, and their son Nick. He has been a consistent volunteer at the Warwick Town Summer Senior Picnic as well as the St. Anthony Community Hospital Annual Golf Outing.

As a Licensed Realtor and member of The Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, Portelli prides himself on his unique perspective of the real estate business as well as the quality of personalized service he has provided to both his community and his clients.

Portelli earned many designations during the course of his career. He recently added CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) to his numerous professional credentials. And he received the Orange County Association of Realtors Bronze Award for Excellence in Sales.
