The Valley View Center for Nursing Care and Rehabilitation is offering a sign-on bonus program to enhance recruitment of nursing staff (RNs, LPNs and CNAs) and to remain competitive in today’s health care marketplace.
“The sign-on program will go a long way in helping us recruit much-needed healthcare workers,” said Laurence LaDue, administrator of Valley View.
Valley View’s sign-on bonus program includes:
· RNs – Up to $3,500 total sign-on incentive payment, including $1,000 paid after 60 workdays on-site, $1,000 paid after 200 workdays on-site, and $1,500 after 400 workdays on-site.
· LPNs – Up to $2,500 total sign-on incentive payment, including $1000 paid after 60 workdays on-site, $1,000 paid after 200 workdays on-site, and $500 after 400 workdays on-site.
· CNAs – Up to $1500 total sign-on incentive payment, including $500 paid after 60 workdays on-site, $500 paid after 200 workdays on-site, and $500 after 400 workdays on-site.
Referral bonus program:
· $500 referral incentive payment to any county employee who is a CSEA member that refers a RN, LPN or CNA. Of tha, $250 will be paid after new employee completes 90 days and $250 after new employee completes six months.
