Florida welcomed back its students at Golden Hill Elementary School and S.S. Seward Institute on Thursday, Sept. 2.
Superintendent Larry Leaven greeted students and staff at both schools, then walked through each school, visiting classrooms and talking with staff and students.
At Golden Hill, kindergarten students got to meet their teachers in a relaxed, comfortable place before the first day in the classroom.
