An invitation to the Little Free Library inauguration at Stanley Deming Park

WARWICK — Little Free Libraries are boxes set in parks and other public places around the world where children can borrow books for free.
They can also take a book they like and keep it if they bring another one to replace it.
Last spring, the American Eagles 4-H Club of Pine Island inaugurated the very first Little Free Library in Pine Island.
The response has been great! Many children, teens and families visited the Pine Island Park, borrowed books and left kind and informative messages, as well as requests in the journal we provided.
Please check us out and like us on Facebook at “Pine Island Park Little Free Library."
Because we want the whole Warwick community to enjoy this service, this Saturday, Oct. 22, at 10 a.m., we are inaugurating a second Little Free Library, this time at Stanley Deming Park, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Please join us with your family and friends to celebrate this special event.
We hope that many people who live in Warwick or visit our town will join us Saturday morning and start wonderful reading adventures through our newest Little Free Library.
Sincerely,
Lionel Wolfe
