WARWICK — The Warwick Ecumenical Food Pantry anticipates providing approximately 500 holiday baskets to hungry families this year.
The pantry now needs additional members of the community to step up and help us provide baskets to those families who have requested them.
Opportunities to “adopt” families remain available for both Thanksgiving and Christmas, but the need for Christmas baskets is especially acute.
Members of the community who wish to help may do so best by providing a basket for either or both holidays, with opportunities available from single person senior households to large multi-generational families.
Community members also may volunteer on distribution days (Tuesday, Nov. 21, and Thursday, Dec. 21).

Monetary donations may be delivered or mailed to Warwick United Methodist Church, 135 Forester Ave., Warwick NY 10990, Attention: Holiday Food Basket Program, or made by credit or debit card at www.warwickpantry.com.
