labor union donates to flood relief

CSEA recently donated $4,000 to the United Way of Dutchess and Orange Counties to aid in the organization’s flood relief efforts in Orange County. CSEA statewide treasurer Joe McMullen, center, a member of the United Way statewide board of directors, presented local United Way CEO and president Dr. Donald Hammond with the donation at the union’s Southern Region Office in Beacon. Also pictured, left, is CSEA Southern Region president Billy Riccaldo. CSEA represents the majority of state, county and local government workers who took the lead in initial storm recovery efforts and continue to work on restoring roads and infrastructure.
