Goshen.Valley View to offer sign-on bonus to new employees

The Valley View Center for Nursing Care and Rehabilitation is offering a sign-on bonus program to enhance recruitment of nursing staff (RNs, LPNs and CNAs) and to remain competitive in today’s health care marketplace.

“The sign-on program will go a long way in helping us recruit much-needed healthcare workers,” said Laurence LaDue, Valley Views’ Administrator.

Valley View’s sign-on bonus program includes:

• RNs- Up to $3500 total sign-on bonus.

• $1000 paid after 60 days, $1000 paid after first year and $1500 after second year.

• LPNs-Up to $2500 total sign-on bonus.

• $1000 paid after 60 days, $1000 paid after first year and $500 after second year.

• CNAs-Up to $1500 total sign-on bonus.

• $500 paid after 60 days, $500 paid after first year and $500 after second year.

Referral bonus program:

• $500 referral bonus to any County employee who is a CSEA member that refers a RN, LPN or CNA to Valley View.

• $250 paid after new employee completes 60 days and $250 after new employee completes six months.
