WARWICK-Realtors Danielle Roche and Terry Gavan were recently awarded the prestigious GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation by the New York State Realtor Institute. Roche and Gavan are the principal brokers of Mystic Valley Real Estate, 62 Galloway Road (Route 17A) in Warwick. They were awarded the designation at a formal ceremony during the recent Tri-State Realtors Convention in Atlantic City, New Jersey. According to the literature of the National Association of Realtors, the GRI symbol is the mark of a highly trained real estate professional who has made a commitment to providing a superior level of professional services by earning the designation. Candidates receive this honor only after successfully completing 90 hours of residential real estate education and by meeting the rigorous standards established by the Association. "We have been doing this for more than 20 years," said Roche, "but, nevertheless, the additional courses required for this designation will help us to better serve our clients.
