MVP: Kim Starks of Better Homes and Garden Rand Realty will be recognized by the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce at the chamber’s 80th anniversary celebration “The Valley of Dreams" on Nov. 16 at Minerals Hotel in Vernon, New Jersey.
The Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce is marking its 80th anniversary this year with a grand membership celebration themed "The Valley of the Dreams" on Saturday, Nov. 16, in The Diamond Ballroom at Minerals Hotel in Vernon, N.J.
Each year at the event, the chamber also presents awards to its most outstanding members for their accomplishments. This year’s award recipients are:
• Michael Hodge, Better Homes and Garden Rand Realty for Volunteer of The Year.
• Kim Starks, Better Homes and Garden Rand Realty for MVP (Most Valuable Person).
Also to be recognized for their contributions are:
• Innate Chiropractic Chester, Country Willow Veterinarian Hospital, Forester Avenue Laundry Express, Board & Brush, Conscious Habitat for Creative Repurposing;
Warwick White House, El Azteca, Stagecoach Inn, Craft Beer Cellar, Mattingly’s Tavern, Warwick Valley School District, The Breezy, Fizzy Lifting Soda Pop & Candy Shop, Restaurant Latour at Crystal Springs for Outstanding Renovations;
• The Jolly Onion for Community Revitalization;
• Hudson Sports Complex for Entrepreneur of the Year; and
• Warwick Playground Dreams for Commitment to Community.
