The Pine Island Chamber of Commerce conducted a ribbon-cutting on Saturday, Sept. 18, to celebrate the opening of Wildfire Wellness’ new yoga studio at 692 County Route 1 in Pine Island.
It was all smiles and laughter as friends, yoga enthusiasts and well-wishers gathered on a sunny day to celebrate the opening of Wildfire Wellness with owner Therese Civitello, who was cheered as she cut the ribbon.
She said she created Wildfire Wellness out of her love of yoga and the desire to share it with the community. She said her hope is customers will find it a warm and inviting place that feels more like a gathering of friends than a traditional yoga studio.
In other words, your “OM” away from home.
Wildfire Wellness has a multitude of offerings: Hot 26, Vinyassa, HIIT yoga, chair yoga and much more. Classes are offered in heated and non-heated studios. There is a class for every body and everybody.
Civitello said she is very excited to bring a new business to Pine Island because she said, she believes there is “magic” in the Black Dirt.
