Noble Pies expands to Beacon

On January 23, Noble Pies, the Warwick-based bakery that has been operating since 2008, opened a fourth location, this one in Beacon.
Noble Pies, which is run by Leslie Noble, makes over 50 flavors of pies, with some of their more popular flavors being their Hudson Valley apple pie and chicken pot pie, which has been sold on QVC’s Home Shopping Network.
The pies rotate throughout the year on seasonal menus at each Noble Pies location. Additionally, the company makes handmade scones and cookies and offers locally roasted coffee, custom coffee drinks and teas.
