Timothy E. Adams, a lifelong resident of Warwick, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 18, 2021, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern. He was 35 years old.
He was born in St. Anthony Community Hospital in Warwick on Oct. 12, 1985, the son of the late Dr. Joseph W. Adams (2009) and Wendy (nee Morin).
Tim graduated from Warwick Valley High School where his activities included football, track and field and FFA.
He had a great passion for animals and never met an animal he didn’t like. Tim worked as an animal care giver at various animal clinics and hospitals in New York State. His work with animals originated during the time he worked side by side with his father at the International Veterinary Service Clinic in Warwick.
His love of all animals was known to them and especially to his dog Sophee Marie and Bama.
When not working, Tim liked to hike and go camping and was a fan of the Yankees and the Jets.
Timothy was a wonderful son, brother, uncle and friend, always bringing a smile to brighten someone’s day. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Timothy is survived by his mother Wendy Adams of Warwick; brother Warren Adams and his wife Alicia of Chambersburg, Pa.; sister Sharon Dispoto and her husband Michael of Ringwood, N.J.; nephew Ethan Dispoto and two nieces Sydney Dispoto and Alexandria Adams. He was predeceased by his father Dr. Joseph W. Adams and his brother Joseph G. Adams.
Visitation was held Sept. 23 at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick.
A graveside service was held Sept. 24 at Warwick Cemetery.
