Susan A. Schwarz of Warwick (formerly of North Babylon) passed away on Monday, March 29, 2021, at Garnet Medical Center in the Town of Wallkill after a brief illness. She was 72 years old.
Born in Queens on April 11, 1948, she was the daughter of Robert and Dorothea (Fletcher) Seibert.
Susan was a high school cheerleader who carried that cheerfulness throughout her life. She woke up to meet each new day with joy. She lit up every room with her presence.
Susan never had a bad word to say about anyone. She was generous and always willing to help those in need. Her world revolved around her family, friends and home.
Susan was the owner of the Country Peddler in Babylon. She also was a licensed real estate agent and an award-winning crafter.
Susan is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, Robert; daughter Amy Bender and her husband Mike of Warwick; grandchildren Sarah and Meredith; brothers Robert Seibert and his wife Cathy; Donald Seibert and his wife Tina; William Seibert; Michael Seibert and his fiancée Jennifer; sister Barbara Jiskra and her husband Ward; and sister-in-law Jeannette; nieces and nephews: Robert, Tim, Jake, Katie, and Julia. She was predeceased by her brother Richard Seibert and her late husband, David Lamont.
