Patricia A. Klahn of Warwick (and formerly of the Monroe area) passed away unexpectedly at home on Aug. 21, 2023. She was 69 years old.
Born in Queens on Sept. 7, 1953, she was the daughter of Angelo and Rose Antonicelli.
Patricia was a teaching assistant for Monroe-Woodbury School District for many years.
Her family’s statement reads: “Mom loved having her family around, opening her home to family and friends was a favorite pastime. She also loved shopping and QVC was her favorite. Her other love was animals.”
Patti leaves to grieve her son Peter DuBois and his wife Suzanne of Hillsdale, N.J., and their children Jake and Reese; daughter Danielle DalCero and her husband Paul of Middletown; sister Annette Landi of Kerhonkson; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband John W. Klahn Jr.
Memorial visitation will be held Saturday, Sept, 9, from 3 to 4 p.m., at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick. A Memorial Service will follow at 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
