Pandora L. LaLumiere
Pandora L. LaLumiere of Greenwood Lake passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 16, 2017, at Orange Regional Medical Center. She was 48 years old.
Born on May 16, 1969, in Paterson, N.J., she was the daughter of Jerry Linder and Ellen (Piatt) Szymkiewicz.
A graduate of Montreat College in North Carolina, she earned her Master’s degree from Nyack College.
Pandora was a teacher at Greystone School in Warwick.
She was a member of Warwick Assembly of God Church, where she was active in the sidewalk Sunday School, served as children’s pastor. Her whole life was dedicated to the service of God and when she was younger, she went on mission trips around the world.
Pandora is survived by three loving daughters: Sarah LaLumiere, Marie LaLumiere and Elizabeth LaLumiere, all of Highland; her father, Jerry Linder of Saddle Brook, N.J.; a stepdaughter, Amanda LaLumiere; a brother, Hobart Linder of Mohegan Lake; two sisters, Heidi Halberstadt of Wellington, Fla., and Amanda Linder of Saddle Brook, N.J.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 19, at Warwick Assembly of God Church 60 South St. Warwick.

Arrangements are under the direction of Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home in Warwick.
