John A. Ferraro passed away on Saturday, Oct. 2, 2021, while he was hunting, doing what he loves in Shohola, Pa. He was 62 years old.
The son of Salvatore and Tina Riggio Ferraro, he was born on March 26, 1959, in Brooklyn.
John was an airplane mechanic for Serve Air in Queens.
He was an avid outdoorsman and was a proud member of the NRA, Metropolitan Rod & Gun Club and ASPCA.
Survivors include his children: Nicholas Ferraro and John A. “JonJon” Ferraro II of Shohola, Pa.; his siblings: Julia Ann Ferraro of Warwick; James Ferraro and his wife Darcie of New Hampton; and Janet Gaggi of Monroe; the mother of his children: Martine Ferraro; and by several aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins
Visitation an a chapel service were held Oct. 5 at Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush Funeral Home, 117 Maple Ave., Monroe.
Cremation will take place at Cedar Hill Crematory in Middle Hope.
