Jacques F. Crifasi
Jacques F. Crifasi of Warwick, and formerly of Oakland, N.J., and Brooklyn, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2014, at Elant at Goshen. He was 84 years old.
Born Nov. 8, 1930, in Brooklyn, he was the son of Francis and Florence (Saenger) Crifasi.
He was married to Joan H. (Petersen) Crifasi.
Before retiring, Mr. Crifasi was a salesman with Burlin & Jones, East Rutherford, N.J. He was the former owner of Pen & Pallett Art Supplies in Warwick.
He was a former member of the New York Army National Guard and formerly served as a councilman in Oakland, N.J.
He is survived by his wife, Joan, of Warwick; his children: Donna Christ and her husband James of Coram, Robert Crifasi of Tampa, Florida, Joan Martin and her husband Steven of Bloomingdale, N.J., Bill Crifasi and his wife Debbie of Budd Lake, N.J., and James Crifasi and his wife Lisa of Oak Ridge, N.J.; he is also survived by 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Jan. 3 at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home in Warwick. Interment followed in Warwick Cemetery.
