Bessie Ann Winter, a longtime resident of Warwick, N.J., passed away peacefully with her daughters by her side on Wednesday, March 25, 2020. She was 72 years old.
She was born on Aug. 21, 1947, in Jersey City, N.J., the daughter to the Thelma (Westervelt) and John G. Prasch.
Bessie was a member of the New Milford United Methodist Church. She was a teacher for the Warwick Valley School District for more than 20 years.
She is survived by her two daughters: Jennifer Persico and her husband Brian and their children Christopher and Matthew of Alexandria, Virginia, and Amy Seidman and her husband Jeffrey Jr. and their children Jeffrey III and James of North Hollywood, California.
