Michael C. Niemann Jr.

Michael C. Niemann Jr. of Chester unexpectedly passed away on Thursday, Feb. 9, 2017, at home. He was 35 years old.
The son of Michael C. Niemann Sr. and Patricia Trumper, Michael was born in Leominster, Massachusetts, on Sept. 26, 1981.
Michael worked as a service manager for Best Mechanical in Monroe.
He was an avid fisherman and loved sports. He was a diehard Yankees, Giants, and Devils fan, but Michael’s passion was good times spent with his family and friends.
His motto was to “Live, Laugh, and Love. And if it’s not too much, do it with a smile!"
Michael is survived by his mother Patricia Trumper and her husband John Everson of Greenwood Lake.; his father Michael C. Niemann Sr. and his wife Patricia of Monroe; his lifelong companion Sarah Crawford of Chester; his brothers Matthew Niemann and his wife Laura of Monroe, John Everson Jr. and Marc Everson of Greenwood Lake and Brian Niemann and Jake Niemann of Monroe; his sister Elizabeth Niemann of Albany; his paternal grandmother Loretta Griffin and her husband Bernie of New Port Richey, Fla., his paternal grandfather Charles Niemann and his wife Phyllis of Warwick; his maternal grandparents Thomas and Frances Trumper of Greenwood Lake; his nieces and nephews Mason, Ethan, Emerson and Abby; his aunt Doreen Niemann; his uncles Scott, Paul and his wife Jennifer, and Charles and his companion Laurie.
A Funeral Mass was celebrated Feb. 15 at St. Stephen's Church in Warwick.
Interment followed at Greenwood Lake Cemetery.
