Culkin receives scholar art award

Jennifer Culkin of Warwick received the Inez and Nicholas Tarquin Artist Scholar Award during ceremonies March 30 at the College of Saint Rose in Albany. The award is presented to the junior art major with a grade point average of 3.5 or better who also has exhibited outstanding artistic and academic talent according to criteria determined by the college’s art faculty. Culkin, who expects to graduate in May 2009, has earned dean’s list honors since she entered the College of Saint Rose.
