Class of 1957 reunion

Monroe — The Monroe-Woodbury Class of 1957 celebrated its 50th reunion in August. The reunion started out at Peppy’s & Eddie’s restaurat in Highland Mills, followed by a picnic at Smith Clove Park and then a great party at Bocci’s Italian Village in Monroe. There were originally 66 graduating from the class of 1957, or those 57 members are still alive. Fifty-two people attended the class reunion, of those attending 28 were members of the graduating class. Those class members attending: Lewis Beal Jr, Anthony Bradley, Grace Greaves Cardone, Beverley Black Conley, John Desantis, Wesley Dickman, George Duberstein, Joyce Morris Durand, Robert Garneau, Joseph Gelbwaks, Paula Bamond Gentile, Mike Glick, Walter Hall, Mona Pembleton Ketcham, Anne Hoffman Kuperman, David Lent, David Mendelson, Sally Lee Mendelson, Andrew Myruski, Jim Nelson, Jeanette Turco O’Connor, Carol Benker O’Connor, Dick Oeheme, Linda Paddock Quackenbush, Joyce Theis Richards, Phyliss Hammerman Schultz, Dietmar Schulze, Shirley Sayer Siegel and one teacher attending: Mildred Foote Frandino Sheerin.
