Erringer Austin Helbling, the daughter of Philip and Karen Helbling of Wayne, Pa., married Brian Michael Miranda at St. Stephen the First Martyr Roman Catholic Church in Warwick on Saturday, Sept. 25. The Rev. Reynor Santiago celebrated the Nuptial Mass.
Outdoor cocktails and a tent-covered dinner and dancing reception followed at Fox Hollow Farm, the Union Corners Road home of Erringer’s grandparents, Albert and Janice Geniti.
The newly married couple danced to “Can’t Take My Eyes Off of You,” and the father of the bride’s reminiscent speech brought many to tears. The after-party followed at the home of the bride’s aunt and uncle, Olga and Douglas Geniti on Spanktown Road.
A traditional Indian Roce Ceremony and welcome dinner party with dancing hosted by the groom’s parents preceded the wedding celebration on Friday evening at the Chateau Hathorn.
After the father of the groom welcomed the guests, Erringer’s brother Andrew and Brain’s brothers Stephen and Kevin gave heart-felt speeches congratulating the couple.
Errin and Brian were supported and attended by Maid of Honor Natalia Gruenbaum of Rockville, Maryland, Matron of Honor Kaytlin Homme of South Bend, Indiana, bridesmaids Taryn Kurez of Boston, Cadienne Naquin of Washington, D.C., and Cassandra Perkins Noel of Fayetteville, North Carolina, Best Man Tristan Kacprzyk-Aita of Nashville, groomsmen Andrew Helbling of Boston, Stephen Miranda of Philadelphia, Kevin Miranda of Manhattan and Aaron Tompkins of Washington, D.C.
Erringer is a graduate of Merion Mercy Academy in Merion Pa., the United States Military Academy at West Point, and the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering. She is a captain in the Army Reserve and a founding partner of The Command Purpose Foundation in Washington, D.C.
Brian is the son of Alban and Louella Miranda of Great Neck, New York. He is a graduate of Great Neck South High School and Stanford University. At Stanford, Brain developed a passion for sustainability and is currently the Director of Product for Washington, D.C.-based Optoro, a technology-based reCommerce company.
After an extended honeymoon exploring France and Spain, Errin and Brian will return to their home in Washington.
