The third annual 'Share the Warmth' coat drive now underway

Civil Service Employee Union Local 836 of Orange County would like to help people and give back to our community. There are many people in Orange County who need help.

It’s easy to help. Please go to your closet and look around.

If you have a man’s, woman’s, boy’s or girl’s jacket, coat, hat, gloves that you’re not going to use, there’s someone in need who would love to have it. Someone who would love to be warm and dry this winter. Someone less fortunate.

Everything stays in Orange County. Please help, please give.

If you have coats to donate you can call the Local 836 CSEA office at 845-343-0172 to arrange for someone to pick up your donation.

If you would like to drop off your donation at the CSEA office located at 465 E. Main Street Middletown, please call the office to make arrangements.

We also have a satellite drop off location. It’s: Flowers By Lisa at 627 County Route 1 Pine Island.

We will be collecting coats until Nov. 30.

We are looking to having another successful coat drive.
