Next Tuesday, Nov. 10, at 1 p.m., Greenwood Lake Yoga will present a free express yoga class for beginners streaming live on Facebook by the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Greenwood Lake Yoga owner Sarah Snider will lead viewers through a 20-minute beginner yoga class where they will learn about the fundamentals of the popular practice.
The community-focused studio offers a variety of in-person and online classes and off-premise retreats for all levels of practice. During the summer It also hosted a series of outdoor classes in participation with other local studios for the Warwick Historical Society.
“It’s been great getting to know our expanded Warwick community,” said Snider. “I’m excited to be able to show our special little studio in this way.”
